Thank you for considering this full-time, long-term role. I am a creator hiring one creative producer to be the right hand for a couple of weekly video podcasts and a portfolio of related brands. This is a real long-term home for the right person.
The brand looks bright and joyful — feminine, sparkly, pink. Think hot pink, glitter, confetti, sequins. The visual world is celebratory and full of energy.
The subject matter is serious. The shows feature women telling honest stories about hard experiences they have survived. The pink and the sparklehold space for joy, strength, and celebration on the other side of difficult truths.
Schedule & Pay
• Full time, 40 hours per week.
• Some weekly overlap during US hours is needed for our weekly video review meetings. The rest of your work can be done on your own schedule, as long as deliverables ship on time.
• Paid twice per month — on the 1st Friday and the 3rd Friday of each month, via PayPal.
• First 4 weeks are a paid trial period. If it's the right fit on both sides, we continue long-term.

• Make audiograms and quote cards on brand for each episode.
• Run all social media across multiple brands — Instagram, TikTok, YouTube,
• Manage LinkedIn with a professional but still joyful voice. Posts, thought leadership pieces, comments.
• Run Patreon. Post member updates, design tier graphics in Canva, schedule exclusive content drops, message patrons warmly.
• Send the weekly newsletter on Substack. Write or polish the copy, build the layout, schedule the send. Set up email capture and funnels.
• Design logos, sub-brand marks, and marketing graphics in Canva.
• Maintain WordPress websites for the brands. Add pages, embed episodes, fix layout issues, make sure everything is mobile-friendly. Basic SEO.
• Photo editing for social posts, website images, and marketing.
• Write strong copy across the board — captions, hooks, newsletter, ad reads, web pages. Copywriting is part of every task here.
• Support crowdfunding campaigns (Kickstarter and similar) when they come up.
• Light Excel work for tracking, planning, and content calendars.
Big Bonus (Not Required, But Major Plus)
• App building or UI/UX design. We have ideas in the works for a web and mobile app — ground-floor opportunity to shape the visual identity and user experience from scratch. If you can design or build a real, working app, please say so and send a sample.
