???? The Opportunity
We are looking for a small number of confident, well-spoken people to join the Everything Kids (our brand) team as Client Onboarding Specialists.
Your job is to be the first real human touchpoint that businesses have with Everything Kids (our brand). You will be on Zoom calls, walking activity providers and small business owners through how to set up their profile and get listed on the platform. You will guide them step by step, answer their questions, solve problems in the ---------- nt, and make sure they leave every call feeling supported and ready to go.
This is not a background role. You will be representing the brand directly. We will train you on everything you need to know. What we cannot teach is confidence, warmth, and the ability to communicate clearly. Those need to already be there.

???? What You Will Be Doing
This role grows in phases.
Phase 1 — Onboarding and Client Support
You will be conducting Zoom calls with business owners and activity providers, walking them through setting up their profile on the Everything Kids (our brand) platform, answering questions, solving problems on the spot, following up with anyone who needs extra support, and keeping onboarding records organised and up to date.
Phase 2 — Relationship Management
You will build ongoing relationships with businesses already on the platform, check in on their progress, help them get more out of their listing, and flag anything that could improve the onboarding experience for future clients.
Phase 3 — Growth and Expanded Responsibility ????
For those who prove themselves, there is a clear path to more. Leading the onboarding team, managing client accounts, and playing a real role in the direction of the business as Everything Kids (our brand) scales. This role is designed to grow with you.

This is the single most important requirement. You will be speaking with business owners in Australia and similar English-speaking markets. Your English must be fluent, natural, and confident. Not textbook. Natural. You can hold a professional conversation, read the room, and make people feel comfortable from the ---------- nt a call starts.

You genuinely enjoy helping people. You are patient when someone is confused, encouraging when someone is hesitant, and professional throughout. Clients should finish every call feeling looked after.

Pay will vary depending on your experience and what you bring to the table. It will not stay the same either.
