We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Virtual Assistant to support our growing e-commerce business. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and experienced working with online marketplaces such as eBay, Amazon, and Walmart.

Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate product data entry and listing updates
• Create and manage listings across e-commerce marketplaces
• Maintain inventory and pricing information
• Upload and edit product images
• Organize digital files and spreadsheets
• Monitor listings for errors or inconsistencies
• Communicate effectively with tea ---------- mbers regarding tasks and updates
• Assist with general e-commerce administrative tasks

Required Skills/Knowledge:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with online marketplaces such as eBay, Amazon, and Walmart
• Proficiency with computers and common software applications
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Basic to intermediate Photoshop skills
• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Previous e-commerce or virtual assistant experience preferred
• Two-monitor setup highly recommended

Preferred Skills & Qualifications / Not Required:

• Experience with bulk listing tools or inventory management systems
• Familiarity with product research and optimization
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Position Details:

• This is a Virtual Position
• The Schedule is Full-time (Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time)
