About Us
We're a fast-growing DTC supplement brand in the health & wellness space. Our products are sold direct-to-consumer via Shopify + Meta Ads. We're scaling our creative engine and need someone who lives and breathes the UGC creator world.
The Role
We're looking for an experienced UGC sourcing specialist to find, vet, and recruit creators for two content types:
???? Short-Form UGC — authentic, hook-driven testimonial and product videos (TikTok/Reels style, used as paid ads)
????? Yapping / Talking Head Videos — opinion-style, react-style, or educational rant videos from creators who can speak passionately about health, wellness, supplements, or adjacent topics
What You'll Do
• Source and recruit UGC creators and yappers across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and creator marketplaces
• Build and maintain a pipeline of vetted, ready-to-brief creators
• Negotiate rates and manage outreach at scale
• Evaluate creator content quality, engagement, and audience fit
• Deliver a steady flow of new creator options weekly
• Coordinate with our creative team on briefs and deliverables
You're a Great Fit If You
• Have 2+ years of hands-on experience sourcing UGC creators for DTC or e-commerce brands
• Know the difference between a creator who looks good and one who converts
• Have an existing network or know exactly where to find talent fast
• Understand health/wellness/supplement content (what works, what gets flagged, what converts)
• Are familiar with platforms like Insense, Billo, Collabstr, or similar — or have your own sourcing methods that outperform them
• Can work independently with minimal hand-holding
• Communicate clearly and proactively
Details
• Type: Part-time contractor (10-20 hrs/week)
• Compensation: $600–$800/month
• Location: Remote (any timezone, async-friendly)
• Start: Immediately
