JOB OVERVIEW

We run a lead generation service for HVAC contractors in the US. Our offer: **20 booked HVAC jobs in 90 days with an exclusive territory — or we work free until they hit it.** You call HVAC owners and book them on a 15-minute "HVAC Lead Engine demo" with the founder. The founder closes. You earn on every show and every sale.

**WHAT YOU GET (THE EDGE)**

**WHAT YOU DO**
- Call US HVAC contractors (initial focus: Phoenix, Dallas-Fort Worth, Atlanta, Charlotte, Indianapolis)
- Book the owner on a 15-minute HVAC Lead Engine demo with the founder
- Log every call in our system and post a daily recap (dials, connects, shows set, shows attended)
- Communicate over WhatsApp in real time

**HOW YOU'RE PAID**
- Base: $3/hr
- $25 per attended demo (paid on show, not booking)
- 5% of setup fee on every sale
- $25 minimum per sale
- Weekly tier bump: 3 sales/week ? 10% commission, 4+ sales ? 15%
- Weekly Payoneer payout, no caps

**Note:** We cannot carry learners for 4-5 weeks. If you can perform from day one, you'll love this. If you need months of ramp, this isn't the right fit.

**YOU ARE**
- A hunter who loves the phone — confident, calm, curious (not shouty)
- Clear, neutral English; comfortable live on the phone with US business owners
- Organized: you log every call and recap daily without being asked
- Available 5 hours/day inside 1pm-6pm Eastern Time

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Fast, stable internet + quiet workspace
- USB headset + reliable computer
- Comfortable with a dialer and Google Sheets
- OK with call recordings for QA and coaching

**NICE TO HAVE**
- US cold-calling experience for home service or contractor industries
- GoHighLevel (GHL) experience

**HOW TO APPLY (single message — incomplete applications won't be reviewed)**

1. **Voice note (60-90 seconds):** Introduce yourself, then pitch this opener to a fictional HVAC owner using a US city of your choice — *"We help HVAC contractors book 20 jobs in the next 90 days with an exclusive territory — or we work free until you hit it. Worth a quick 15 minutes to see if it'd fit your shop?"*

2. **Three lines on your outbound experience:** industries called, average daily dials, most recent weekly results (shows and sales if tracked).

3. **Confirm acceptance of the comp plan:** $3/hr base, $25/show, 5-15% setup commission, $25 minimum per sale, daily SPIF, weekly Payoneer payout, daily recap, call recordings for QA.

4. **Tech check:** Paste internet speed test result. List your headset model. Describe your workspace in one sentence. Include your WhatsApp number.

5. **Two Zoom times in Eastern Time within the next 48 hours.** State your preferred 5-hour ET block and earliest start date.
