We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and creative Virtual Assistant to help support daily operations, generate leads, and assist with creative/admin tasks.

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who can assist with:

Lead generation & outreach
Administrative support
Customer communication
Graphic design assistance
Organization & operational support
This role is ideal for someone who is resourceful, tech-savvy, creative, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach

Research potential clients and businesses
Generate leads for apparel printing, branding, and promotional services
Send cold emails and outreach messages
Follow up with existing leads and inquiries
Organize lead lists and CRM spreadsheets
Help book calls and appointments
Administrative Support

Organize files, invoices, and client information
Assist with estimates and order tracking
Manage calendars and scheduling
Update spreadsheets and operational documents
Maintain organized Google Drive folders
Help with day-to-day business operations
Creative Assistance

Create or edit simple graphics and mockups
Assist with Photoshop and Canva tasks
Resize logos and artwork files
Help prepare marketing materials
Assist with social media graphics and content organization
Requirements

Strong English communication skills
Experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Assistant
Organized and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently

Familiar with:

Adobe PhotoshopAttachment.png
CanvaAttachment.png
Google Workspace
Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
Comfortable with online research and lead generation
Reliable internet connection
Strong time management skills

Bonus Qualifications

Experience in apparel printing or fashion industry
Shopify experience
Social media editing/content experience
CRM or sales outreach experience
Knowledge of branding and marketing
