We’re partnering with a highly established, growth-focused U.S.-based professional services firm with a strong national reputation, and we’re looking for a Global Marketing Editor to become a key part of their growing marketing team.
This is not a junior VA role.
This is not a Canva-only social media role.
This is a high-impact creative production role for someone who can own content execution at a high level.
What You’ll Own
Video Editing (Primary Focus)
• Edit and produce 25–40 short-form videos monthly
• Transform raw footage into engaging vertical content
• Create strong hooks, pacing, captions, subtitles, and platform-native edits
• Repurpose content for:
• TikTok
• Instagram Reels
• YouTube Shorts
• Meta platforms
• Create thumbnails, cover images, and creative packaging
Graphic Design
• Design professional marketing assets
• Social graphics
• Promotional graphics
• Case result graphics
• Podcast graphics
• Internal brand assets
Content Production Support
• Podcast editing and publishing support
• Content scheduling and publishing
• Caption writing and hook creation
• SEO-driven content implementation
• Script and summary support over time
Marketing Growth Support
As you ramp up, you may support:
• Content strategy
• Research projects
• Ad creative support
• Campaign execution
Non-Negotiable Requirements (Please do not apply if you do not meet these requirements.)

Required Experience
• Minimum 3+ years professional video editing experience
• Experience producing high-volume short-form content
• Strong understanding of social-first editing
• Strong design portfolio
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
