We are seeking a reliable and personable Virtual Assistant to support our clinical mental health therapy office with a variety of administrative tasks. You will play a key role in helping potential and current clients feel welcome, supported, and well-informed throughout their experience with us.
Communication Requirements
• Near-perfect fluency in verbal and written English
• Friendly, warm customer service skills (especially over the phone)
• Simple Practice experience or other mental health experience is a large plus
• Strong
• Quiet environment required for phone calls
• Check-ins via Zoom, Asana, or similar task management tools
Tasks and Responsibilities
• Respond to
• Schedule and manage appointments with professionalism and attention to detail
• Complete other office tasks, including:
• Sending termination notices
• Web research
• General admin and task coordination
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with U.S. HIPAA regulations
