JOB OVERVIEW

SafeAir Duct & Chimney is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Dispatcher to join our growing team.
We are a home service company based in Dallas Fort Worth specializing in chimney services, fireplace services, air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and more.
This position is focused heavily on SALES and lead conversion, not just answering phones.
We are looking for someone with excellent spoken and written English who can confidently answer incoming calls, respond quickly to online leads, build trust with customers, and convert inquiries into booked appointments.
You must be friendly, professional, persuasive, organized, and confident speaking with customers throughout the day.
Your primary goal is to maximize bookings and help convert as many leads as possible into paying customers.

Responsibilities:
* Answer incoming phone calls from potential customers
* Respond quickly to new leads from different platforms (Facebook, Yelp, emails, etc.)
* Convert leads into booked appointments
* Manage and update customer information inside Workiz CRM
* Schedule jobs, create estimates, and track leads using Workiz
* Maintain organized communication and job records within the system
* Follow up with missed calls, unsold estimates, and unresponsive leads
* Build trust and confidence with customers
* Help increase booking and conversion rates
* Coordinate appointments with technicians
* Maintain organized customer records and communication
* Provide a professional and positive customer experience

Requirements:
* Fluent or near-native English speaking skills
* Strong sales and phone experience
* Excellent communication and persuasion skills
* Experience using Workiz CRM is REQUIRED
* Comfortable handling inbound leads all day
* Must be comfortable managing leads, scheduling, and customer communication inside Workiz
* Previous experience with home service dispatching software is a major advantage
* Friendly, confident, and professional personality
* Strong follow-up and closing ability
* Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
* Organized and detail-oriented
* Experience in home service industries is a major plus
