JOB OVERVIEW

We are a London startup. We partner with some of the biggest YouTubers in the world (over 500 million subscribers between them) to build apps, physical products, and brands together. They bring the audience. We handle the tech, product, and growth.

We need a senior AI video creator to take ownership of short-form video output across our creator brands. This is not entry level. You will own the output. We trust you with the brief and get out of the way.

What you will actually do

- Watch TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts every morning. Spot the viral formats. Figure out which ones we can adapt for our brands.
- Make short-form videos using AI tools. Mostly character-driven content featuring the real creators we work with and animal mascots. Generate the visuals using Veo 3.1, Nano Banana Pro, Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, or whatever tool fits the shot. Finish in Premiere Pro. Pick the right trending audio. Post.
- Maintain character consistency across every single video. If our dog mascot changes face between posts, that is a problem. You will build a reference library and a workflow that locks character likeness across hundreds of pieces of content.
- Work directly with the founders. Get feedback in real time. Ship same-day when the ---------- nt calls for it.

Who we are looking for
- You are already deep in AI video. You are not curious about it or learning it. You use it every day.
- You can name the tool you would reach for to lip sync a character in an 8 second clip. You know the difference between Veo 3.1 and Kling 2.0. You have tested Nano Banana Pro and you know how to do reference injection properly. You follow the AI video accounts on X and try every new release the week it drops.
- You have taste. You can watch a TikTok and tell within 5 seconds why it works. You know what audio is trending this week. You watch a lot of YouTube and you understand creator content.
- You have made AI content that has actually performed. Could be for clients, your own account, or a side project. Send us links and view counts when you apply.
- You are proficient in Premiere Pro. After Effects is a plus. You do not need five rounds of revisions to get something good.

Pay and terms
Base: $2,250 USD per month. We are open to going up to $3,000+ for proven experts. If you are top-tier, tell us upfront and show us why.
- Performance bonuses on top of base when monthly targets are hit.
- Paid twice monthly via Wise.
- 40 hours per week. Weekends off.
- Paid time off (flexible dates).
- Long-term role. This is not a one-off gig. We want someone who will grow with us as we scale across multiple brands and products.
