About us
We're a pre-purchase car inspection company in the UK. We send qualified mechanics to inspect used cars before our customers buy them — protecting them from costly mistakes. We're growing fast: we've just launched a dealer liaison service and we're rolling out a warranty partnership in the next few months.
I'm the founder. I'm hiring you to run the day-to-day so I can focus on growth. This is a real long-term role, not a short gig. If you do well, you grow with the company into an operations manager position.
What you'll do

Write up inspection reports after every job (template provided — roughly 2–5 per day)
Liaise with customers and mechanics via email and WhatsApp to keep every booking running smoothly
Book inspections on behalf of customers as part of our new dealer liaison service
Manage our Google Business Profile — weekly posts and daily review replies
Manage our Instagram — 3–4 feed posts per week plus stories (we'll give you the brand direction)
Track inspector wages and bonuses in a spreadsheet
Light Shopify updates — no coding, just content, images, and basic edits
Manage and maintain our weekly booking calendar
Support our warranty partnership launch — handle free-trial signups and follow-ups

Who you are

Excellent written English — you'll be talking to UK customers every day, and tone matters
3+ years experience as a VA, operations assistant, or customer service rep (UK / US / AU clients strongly preferred)
Organised and proactive — if something needs doing and I haven't asked, you do it
Comfortable with Google Workspace, Canva, WhatsApp Business, and Shopify
Careful with numbers — you'll be handling wage tracking
Self-starter who can run independently once trained
Bonus: any interest in cars or the automotive industry

Hours & pay

Full-time, 40 hours per week, fully remote
Working hours: 3pm–11pm Manila time (matches UK business hours, 8am–4pm GMT)
?30,000–?35,000/month to start, with structured raises every 6 months tied to performance
13th month pay
Paid leave after probation
This role grows into Operations Manager (?45,000+) within 12–18 months if you perform
Plus 25% Commission
