About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Zenoti administrator to provide dedicated platform support across a large clinic network. You will be responsible for day-to-day Zenoti configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and vendor liaison, working closely with an onshore team and clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities
Zenoti POS system administration including configuration, user management, and permissions Troubleshooting and resolving Zenoti issues raised by clinic staff and internal teams
Supporting and executing system updates, patches, and new feature rollouts
Developing and executing test plans for Zenoti changes before production deployment
Managing Zenoti reporting and data extracts as required by the business
Liaising with Zenoti vendor support for escalations and feature requests
Supporting integration points between Zenoti and other platforms
Maintaining documentation for Zenoti processes, configurations, and standard operating procedures
Supporting online bookings and online sales configuration as it relates to Zenoti
What We're Looking For
We are specifically seeking candidates with direct Zenoti platform experience. If you do not have hands-on Zenoti experience, please do NOT apply.
4+ years hands-on experience administering Zenoti POS
Strong understanding of POS workflows including appointments, sales, inventory, packages, memberships, and reporting
Experience with system testing and change management processes
Excellent attention to detail and documentation habits
Strong English communication skills written and verbal
