We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our team as an Accounting and Client Services Specialist. You will play a critical role in supporting our long term care insurance invoicing, claims follow-up, and client communication operations.

Required Qualifications:
Expert level knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles. Proven experience managing accounting responsibilities for multiple clients simultaneously. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with a polished, professional tone suitable for client interactions. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online. Ability to work independently while following established protocols. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday.
Compensation:
Approximately nineteen hundred and sixty dollars per month, or twelve dollars per hour.
