JOB OVERVIEW

Location: Remote

We are a fast-growing, digital-first car dealership based in Sweden, specializing in online car sales with nationwide delivery. We are now looking for a highly structured and detail-oriented Remote Operations & Parts Coordinator to become a key part of our logistics and workshop operations.

This is NOT a passive admin role. You will act as a central “control tower” in our operations — ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Parts & Suppliers:
- Identify and order car parts based on internal requests
- Communicate with suppliers (pricing, availability, delivery times)
- Track all orders and ensure timely delivery
- Follow up on delays and missing shipments

Operations & Flow Control:
- Monitor all vehicles in our system (Airtable)
- Identify cars that are “stuck” or delayed in the process
- Flag issues proactively (missing parts, unbooked services, delays)
- Ensure every car always has a clear next step
- Coordinate with internal tea ---------- mbers via Slack

Daily Execution:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in Airtable
- Post daily summaries of priorities and issues
- Follow up with tea ---------- mbers until tasks are completed
