• Fix, clean up, and fully configure GA4 for both brands — proper event tracking, bot filtering, conversion setup
• Set up and manage Meta Pixel events (not just pageviews — real events: time on site, booking clicks, purchases, checkout completions)
• Build a weekly KPI dashboard so we always know what's working
• Run Google Ads — Shopping campaigns, Search, and retargeting
• Run Meta Ads —
• Optimize weekly. Report clearly. Grow with us.
Bonus if you have experience with Hostaway (property management + booking software).

? You're Perfect For This If:
• You've run both Google Ads AND Meta Ads — not just one
• You've set up GA4 properly before, including events and filters (not just installed the tag)
• You know how to structure Meta Pixel events beyond basic pageview tracking
• You've managed Google Shopping campaigns — Shopify experience is a big plus
• You can show real numbers from past campaigns (ROAS, CPA, CPM improvements)
• You're proactive, organized, and don't need micromanaging
• You're available for at least a few hours overlap with European time (CET)
