The Role

We need a senior-level video editor who can own their craft without hand-holding. You'll work closely with our strategy and creative team to produce polished, fast-paced video content for Australian corporate clients, primarily short-form social content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Please only apply if you are a senior video editor who can project manage, execute quickly, and work proactively and autonomously.

This is not a junior role. We are not looking for someone who is still learning. We need someone who already knows exactly what they're doing and can hit the ground running from day one.

Editing fast-paced reels and short-form content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
Colour grading, audio syncing, motion graphics, and caption integration, all to a high standard
Working directly from raw footage to produce publish-ready video suited to Australian corporate clients
Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines without a drop in quality
Keeping up with what's working on social, you understand the algorithm and you edit for it
Maintaining consistency across each client's brand guidelines and tone

What You Must Bring

Proven, demonstrable experience editing reels and short-form corporate social content, with a portfolio to back it up
Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve (preferred), or advanced Premiere Pro / Final Cut skills with genuine willingness to transition
Excellent written and spoken English, clear communication with an Australian team is non-negotiable
A strong understanding of Australian culture, tone, and humour
A high-spec editing setup with multiple screens capable of handling heavy workloads
Fast, stable internet, include your Speedtest result in your application
Full-time availability with overlap during Australian business hours (AEST)

You'll Stand Out If You

Have a portfolio showing range across golf, food, and corporate brand content, all polished, all distinct
Can demonstrate fast turnaround without sacrificing quality
Are proactive, self-directed, and don't need micromanaging. You bring solutions, not questions
Have experience working with Australian brands or clients

Equipment Required

High-spec computer capable of handling heavy video editing workloads
Multiple monitors (preferred)
Fast, stable internet (include a Speedtest screenshot with your application)
Quality headphones or speakers for audio editing

How to Apply

Your application must include all four of the following. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

Portfolio link, your best reels and short-form edits (YouTube, Vimeo, or Google Drive)
Brief introduction, who you are, your experience, and why you're the right fit
Internet speed, screenshot or link from ---------- or speedtest.net
Equipment details, computer specs and screen setup

We're not filling a seat. We're adding a craftsperson to a team that takes its work seriously. If you're the best at what you do and want a long-term home where your work actually matters, apply.
