We work directly with attorneys and law firm owners — our clients are high-level professionals who expect the same from the people they speak with.

The Role
We are hiring a VA Sales Assistant to support our founder and sales team across the full lead lifecycle. You will call back inbound leads, book demos, follow up, and keep our pipeline organized and moving. This is a client-facing role. You will speak directly with attorneys and law firm staff on a daily basis.

What You'll Do
Call back inbound leads quickly and professionally
Qualify prospects and schedule demos for the sales team
Execute follow-up sequences via phone, email, and SMS
Keep CRM records accurate and up to date after every interaction
Support the owner and AE with pipeline tracking and lead management
Communicate clearly and confidently with attorneys and firm staff

Requirements
English Proficiency
C2 Proficient (CEFR) or Native-equivalent is required. You will speak directly with U.S.-based attorneys. Your grammar, vocabulary, tone, and fluency must reflect that standard. This will be assessed during screening.

Experience
Minimum 2 years as an appointment setter or sales support VA for a U.S., U.K., Canadian, or Australian company
Must have direct experience making outbound calls in English to English-speaking clients
Experience in legal, professional services, or B2B sales support is a strong advantage

Technical Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Comfortable with CRM platforms and automation tools (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar)
Familiar with Zoom and Google Workspace
Able to follow structured SOPs and learn new platforms quickly

Equipment Requirements
Primary computer with modern specs (no tablets or Chromebooks)
Backup internet connection — required, not optional
HD webcam for video calls and tea ---------- etings
Professional headset with noise cancellation
Quiet, dedicated workspace
