We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Recruitment & HR Coordinator to assist with hiring and recruitment operations for our growing business.
This role is fully remote and requires someone who is detail-oriented, professional in communication, and able to manage multiple vacancies and applicants efficiently.
Responsibilities:
* Create and post job advertisements on recruitment platforms and social media
* Monitor which job ads and platforms produce the best applicants
* Respond to applicants professionally and promptly
* Shortlist applicants based on job requirements
* Schedule interviews and coordinate interview times
* Keep track of all open positions and hiring progress
* Communicate salary structure, shift systems, and interview requirements to applicants
* Maintain organized records of applicants and interview outcomes
* Follow up with candidates after interviews
* Assist with onboarding preparation for successful candidates
* Coordinate with management regarding staffing needs and urgent vacancies
* Handle and manage online time keeping records

Requirements:
* Excellent English communication skills
* Strong organizational and administrative skills
* Experience with recruitment, HR coordination, or virtual assistant work is an asset

* Comfortable using Google Sheets, WhatsApp,
* Professional and confidential handling of company information
Preferred Skills:
* Experience creating simple job graphics or recruitment posts
* Basic understanding of recruitment and screening processes
* Experience managing spreadsheets and applicant tracking systems
