Position: Appointment Setter / Intake Specialist
Location: Remote – Philippines
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM Pacific Time (U.S.)
Philippine Time: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM (PHT)

We are looking for a motivated and confident Appointment Setter / Intake Specialist to cover our U.S. Pacific Time night shift. This role will focus on making outbound calls to potential clients, building trust quickly, qualifying leads, scheduling consultations, and helping convert qualified leads into retained clients.

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients who submitted inquiries or showed interest in lemon law representation
Explain the firm’s services clearly and professionally
Qualify leads based on vehicle and case information
Build rapport and maintain a consultative, empathetic approach during calls
Follow up consistently with warm leads via phone, text, and email
Schedule consultations and assist with client onboarding
Gather and accurately enter client information into the CRM/case management system
Maintain detailed call notes and track follow-up activities
Meet daily and weekly call and conversion goals
Collaborate with attorneys and intake staff to ensure a smooth handoff of retained clients
Monitor and respond to leads during the assigned shift
Maintain consistent follow-up on leads that have not yet retained
Qualifications
Previous experience in appointment setting, intake, sales, telemarketing, or customer service
Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
Confident, persuasive, and professional phone presence
Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Experience using CRMs, dialers, or case management software is preferred
Legal intake or lemon law experience is a plus, but not required
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
Must be available to work 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM Pacific Time / 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM Philippine Time

Experience in personal injury, lemon law, or legal intake
Understanding of California lemon law basics
Sales and retention mindset
Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills
Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment
Comfortable working with U.S.-based clients
