JOB OVERVIEW

We're hiring a full-time Relationship Manager to own customer outreach and retention. This is a long-term role for someone who knows how to talk to customers and move their spend up.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Manage our CRM end-to-end — keep customer records, deposit history, account status, and notes clean and current
- Reach out daily to active and dormant customers on WhatsApp and phone
- Onboard new customers personally — call them, walk them through the platform, build rapport
- Re-engage customers who haven't deposited or purchased in 30+ days
- Run our active-account retention program to drive repeat spend
- Use promotions, bonus offers, scaling rewards, and personalized incentives to move customer spend up
- Track your own performance — number of customers contacted, response rates, reactivations, deposit volume driven

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

REQUIRED
- 1+ years experience as a relationship manager, retention specialist, VIP host, or account manager in brokers, casinos, prop firms, sportsbooks, iGaming, fintech, or any vertical where you were responsible for keeping customer spend up
- Strong spoken English (7/10 or higher) — daily phone and WhatsApp calls with European and global customers
- Comfortable on the phone — you're not just texting, you're calling
- Experience managing a book of customers in a CRM
- Reliable, self-driven, can work independently with minimal supervision
- Working hours that overlap with European business hours (CET / CEST)
- Stable internet, quiet environment for calls, dedicated workstation

NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in trading / prop firms / forex / CFD brokers
- History of being paid on a base + commission structure tied to customer spend

COMPENSATION
- Base monthly salary + performance commission tied to the customer spend you drive
