JOB OVERVIEW

A luxury day spa in Fort Lauderdale is hiring an experienced Google Ads & Performance Marketing Manager to generate qualified calls, appointments, group inquiries, and measurable revenue.

This is not an ad-launching role. We need someone who can take ownership of an existing Google Ads account, identify wasted spend, improve tracking, and optimize campaigns based on business results—not clicks and impressions.

Responsibilities
Audit, manage, and optimize Google Search campaigns
Research high-intent local keywords for massages, facials, HydraFacial, spa packages, couples experiences, and group bookings
Review search terms and maintain negative keyword lists
Optimize campaign structure, bids, budgets, locations, devices, and schedules
Write and test conversion-focused ad copy
Review the customer journey from Google Search to completed booking
Recommend improvements to landing pages, offers, calls-to-action, mobile experience, and booking flow
Audit and troubleshoot conversion tracking using Google Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager
Track qualified calls, inquiries, bookings, conversion rate, cost per lead, wasted spend, and ROAS when available
Provide a concise weekly report explaining results, actions taken, issues found, and next steps
Requirements
Proven hands-on Google Ads management experience
Strong experience with Google Search and local lead-generation campaigns
Knowledge of keyword intent, negative keywords, and wasted-spend analysis
Experience with Google Ads conversion tracking, GA4, and Google Tag Manager
Understanding of landing-page and conversion-rate optimization
Strong written English and attention to detail
Ability to work independently, communicate clearly, and take ownership of results

Experience with spas, salons, wellness, beauty, Wix, or appointment-based businesses is preferred but not required.

Position Details
Remote, Monday–Friday
Flexible hours with some EST availability
Long-term opportunity
Shortlisted applicants will complete a paid test task
Growth opportunities based on performance
How to Apply

Please submit:

Your resume or professional summary, including your years of Google Ads experience and the industries you have worked with.
Two campaigns you personally managed. For each, briefly include:
Type of business
Approximate monthly ad budget
The problem you were solving
Changes you personally made
Measurable results achieved
Answer both questions:
A local spa receives Google Ads clicks but not enough calls or completed bookings. What are the first three things you would investigate, and why?
You inherit an account that has been running for several months. How would you determine whether it is wasting money?

Optional: Send a 1–3 minute voice or video introduction explaining your experience, strongest area of expertise, and why you are a strong fit.

Please apply only if you have personally managed and optimized Google Ads campaigns. Generic or automated applications that do not answer the required questions will not be considered.
