THE JOB
Our AI drafts a reply for every customer conversation. You:
1. Read the full thread
2. Edit the draft — or rewrite it if it's off
3. Send it
100–200+ conversations per day across US wellness brands. Every message needs to sound like a real American texting — casual, direct, short. Not formal. Not customer service.
WHAT THIS REQUIRES
