About Our 5+ Year Old Company:
We are not like most companies. We focus heavily on video advertisement, and that's why 30% out of the 20 employees in the company work solely with video. In this in-house position, you'll be a part of a video editing team that is obsessed with telling stories that drive real results. As the competition in the e-commerce beauty industry is hard, our videos must stand out.

Role Overview:
As a part of our video editing team, you'll work closely with the team lead and the other video editors to make storytelling video advertisements. The videos are mainly for paid ads on Instagram, Facebook and ---------- , and you'll get rapid feedback daily on your progress.

Your Responsibilities:
- Enhance the storytelling by adding music, sound effects, pacing and transitions
- When it boosts the storytelling, utilize AI to improve essential parts of the story
- Create multiple attention-grabbing hooks that get the viewer hooked
- Edit raw material into engaging, storytelling and converting video ads

The Requirements:
. Proven experience editing e-commerce or direct-response ads
- Minimum 3 years of professional video editing experience
- Proficiency in your editing tool of choice (Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus)
- Willingness to learn new skills, expertise, tools and AI
