I am looking for an experienced Trades Virtual Assistant to support one of our trade businesses with admin, scheduling, client communication, and job management tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound calls,
Schedule jobs and coordinate technician calendars
Update and manage job management software/CRMs
Prepare quotes, invoices, and work orders
Follow up with clients regarding appointments and updates
Coordinate with tradesmen and suppliers
Maintain accurate records and job notes
Support day-to-day admin and operations tasks
Requirements
Experience working with Australian trade/service businesses
Experience using job management or scheduling platforms
Nice to Have
Experience supporting:
Electricians
Plumbers
Builders
Solar companies
HVAC businesses
Property maintenance companies
Experience with quoting, invoicing, or dispatching
You will be working day shift (Philippine time) + HMO Benefits
