JOB OVERVIEW

We're an Australian property valuation firm looking for a sharp, reliable VA to handle cold-calling and valuation admin. This is an ongoing part-time role with room to grow into full-time for the right person.
What you'll do:
• Cold-call Australian real estate agencies to source comparable sales data and build relationships. To also call them, and contractors to see if they would like to contract off of us and help us complete property inspections.
• Source quotes from contractors (builders, painters, trades) for valuation jobs
• Pull property comparables from RP Data / Pricefinder / ----------
• Format valuation reports in Microsoft Word to our brand standard
• Update job tracking spreadsheets and follow up outstanding items
You must have:
• Excellent spoken English — clear, confident on the phone with Aussies
• 1+ years cold-calling or outbound phone work
• Strong written English (emails sent on our behalf must be flawless)
• Microsoft Word + Excel proficiency
• Reliable internet, quiet workspace, headset
Bonus:
• Real estate, property management, or valuation background and can use Microsoft word, excel, and outlook.
• RP Data / Pricefinder / CoreLogic experience
• Australian client experience
