We are Kai and Miko — two brothers and D1 soccer players in America, building a sports creator brand and an athlete performance company.

Our content is documentary-style sports lifestyle content:

* training
* routines
* recovery
* POV/day in the life
* brotherhood ---------- nts
* discipline
* pursuit/ambition
* immersive sports storytelling

Think less “highlight edits” and more:
“follow these two athletes and feel inside their world.”

We’ve already had multiple organic videos reach 100K–200K+ views with no paid promotion.

This summer we’re increasing posting volume significantly and building a real long-term content system.

The editor we hire now will likely grow with the brand over time.

WHAT THIS ROLE IS

This is an execution-focused editing role.

We handle:

* creative direction
* storytelling direction
* hooks
* captions
* emotional angle
* content strategy

You handle:

* organizing footage
* editing
* pacing
* text overlays
* formatting/exporting
* delivering finals cleanly and on time

Most edits are built from:

* real training footage
* POV/day-in-the-life clips
* routines
* documentary-style ---------- nts
* immersive sports footage

The style is:

* clean
* modern
* immersive
* emotionally engaging
* fast-paced without being over-edited

We strongly prefer hard-cut editing over heavy transitions or effects.

WHO THIS ROLE IS FOR

You:

* are reliable
* communicate clearly
* can follow direction precisely
* understand TikTok/Reels pacing
* are organized
* deliver on time consistently
* know CapCut well
* enjoy sports/lifestyle content

You do NOT need to be a creative director or “viral genius.”

We care more about:

* reliability
* speed
* pacing
* attention to detail
* consistency

than flashy editing.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Required:

* Intermediate or advanced CapCut skills
* Ability to edit vertical 9:16 content
* Reliable internet
* Google Drive familiarity
* Ability to export correctly and organize files cleanly

Helpful:

* Sports editing experience
* TikTok/Reels editing experience
* Documentary/lifestyle editing feel

PAY

* Consistent weekly workload
* $4.50–10/video depending on complexity, speed, and experience
* Paid every Friday via Wise or PayPal
* Opportunity for long-term growth and increased workload over time

THE TRIAL EDIT

Shortlisted applicants will complete ONE paid trial edit.

You will receive:

* raw footage
* a short direction brief
* target length
* emotional direction

Your job:

* edit cleanly
* follow direction
* choose fitting music
* deliver on time

We are evaluating:

* reliability
* pacing
* organization
* communication
* execution quality

NOT flashy effects.
