We're hiring a Full-Time AI Ad Creative Specialist to join our growing team. This is not a generalist designer role. We're looking for someone obsessed with AI image and video tools who will spend their days producing scroll-stopping paid ads for Meta and TikTok. If you don't already live inside tools like Higgsfield, Midjourney, Flux, Sora, Veo, and Kling — this won't be the right fit.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Produce high-quality AI-generated static image ads for Meta and TikTok
Create AI-generated video ads using tools like Sora, Veo, Kling, and Runway
Translate marketing briefs into compelling visual concepts that match our brand aesthetic
Iterate quickly based on creative feedback and ad performance data
Stay on the cutting edge of new AI image and video tools as they launch

WHO YOU ARE

You've used AI image generation tools daily for at least 6+ months
Your AI work doesn't look obviously AI-generated — no melted hands, no gibberish text, no rubbery skin
You understand DTC eCommerce or have produced ads for consumer brands
You can take direction, iterate fast, and self-manage your output
You're hungry to learn new AI tools as they emerge
