JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a new tea ---------- mber to join our fast-growing 6-figure eCommerce business.

We run multiple online stores across Europe and are scaling quickly. Because of this, we are expanding our team.

We are looking for someone to take ownership of one of the most important parts of our business:

Building high-converting sales funnels.

This is NOT a simple copy-paste role.

We are looking for someone who understands copywriting and can improve existing funnels strategically, not someone who blindly copies competitor funnels without understanding why they work.

You must be able to think critically, identify weak points in a funnel, improve messaging and increase conversion potential.

You will receive competitor funnels, templates, and product research as a starting point.

Your role is to take these funnels and turn them into cleaner, stronger, more polished, high-converting versions that are ready to launch and scale.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

This includes:

* Product naming
* Logo creation and branding
* Improving and refining copywriting
* Creating images that strengthen the funnel
* Delivering polished funnels optimized for conversions

We care heavily about quality, creativity, speed, and attention to detail.

Meeting deadlines is extremely important.

ROLE

* Use competitor funnels as inspiration, not something to blindly duplicate
* Improve structure, flow, branding, messaging, and visuals
* Understand WHY certain funnels convert and improve weak areas
* Create polished funnels that are ready to test and scale

Your work directly impacts the performance and growth of the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Analyze competitor funnels and identify what makes them work
* Adapt and improve copy to fit our structure and standards
* Create supporting visuals
* Work independently and solve problems proactively
* Meet deadlines consistently
* Track working hours using our time tracking tool

* Funnels that meet our KPIs and quality standards
* Clear and persuasive messaging
* Reliable and consistent delivery
* Smooth collaboration with the team

REQUIREMENTS

* Experience with Funnelish
* Strong understanding of direct-response marketing and conversion psychology
* Ability to improve and refine existing funnels strategically
* Basic graphic design skills (logo creation, image editing, branding)
* Ability to improve existing content instead of blindly copying it
* Perfect in English
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision
* Organized, reliable, and deadline-driven
* Strong communication skills
