Senior Bookkeeper — US Commercial Real Estate Firm (Yardi + QuickBooks Required) — Long-Term, Direct Hire

About us
G3 Development is a commercial real estate development and investment firm in Central Florida — shopping centers, medical office, retail, and mixed-use properties. We also own and operate a med spa and a private school. We are hiring direct (not through an agency) for a long-term tea ---------- mber to own bookkeeping across approximately 8 entities.

Compensation
• Base: USD $1,200–$1,800 per month based on experience, paid via Wise
• 13th-month pay each December
• HMO / health stipend
• Internet and equipment stipend
• 15 days PTO + Philippine holidays observed
• Annual review with raise
• Performance bonus tied to month-end close timeliness
• Career path to Controller

What you will do
• Maintain books for between 8-12 entities (3 operating companies + 5-9 real estate LLCs) in QuickBooks Online and/or Yardi
• AP/AR, bank and credit card reconciliations, rent roll posting, mortgage and escrow tracking
• Month-end close with deliverables to ownership and the US CPA
• Lender covenant reporting packages
• Intercompany entries and owner distributions
• Standardize and maintain a consistent chart of accounts across entities
Requirements
• 5+ years bookkeeping experience for US-based clients
• QuickBooks Online expert (certification preferred)
• Yardi (Voyager or Breeze) hands-on experience required — not optional
• Multi-entity experience required
• Strong written and spoken English
• Reliable home internet and quiet work environment
• Philippine daytime hours acceptable; one-hour daily live overlap at 8:00 AM Manila / 8:00 PM US Eastern

Bonus points
• US commercial real estate experience (CAM reconciliations, NNN, lease admin)
• AppFolio or Buildium exposure
• Experience working directly with US owners and CPAs
• QuickBooks Online Advanced consolidation experience
