JOB OVERVIEW

We're a construction-tech startup helping contractors capture lost change orders that walk off
the jobsite. Looking for a confident cold caller to dial US contractor companies, close free
trial signups directly on the call, and route only the warmest leads to the founder.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Make 50-80 outbound dials per day to contractor companies in the United States
- Use our short, proven script (we'll provide it — under 60 seconds per call)
- After the demo lands, close the prospect on a free 30-day trial — text them the signup link,
walk them through it on the call, confirm signup before hanging up
- Hand off completed signups to the founder for product onboarding
- Track every call in a Google Sheet (we'll provide template)
- Escalate longer conversations to the founder via text or email (calendar link)
- Work 5-6 hours per day, Monday-Friday, US business hours (9 AM - 3 PM Eastern Time)

WHO YOU ARE

- Native or near-native American English (we'll do a voice screen during the interview)
- 6+ months of cold calling experience with closing — you don't just plant leads, you close trial
signups on the call
- Comfortable hearing "not interested" — you'll hear it 60% of the time
- Reliable internet, headset, quiet workspace
- Familiar with Google Sheets, Slack/SMS, and a basic dialer (we'll provide tools)
- Self-disciplined — this role works on outcomes, not surveillance

- $8-$12/hr USD base (depending on experience and call quality)
- $25 bonus for every contractor who signs up for a free trial through your call
- $100 bonus for each trial that converts to a paying customer within 30 days
