Style references:
* Native-looking edits
* Fast hooks
* Documentary / UGC feel
* Emotional storytelling + retention editing
* Not over-edited “TikTok

ABOUT THE ROLE
At the start, this will be paid per video/project.
If the work is good and ads perform well, this can turn into a long-term full-time position with stable monthly pay.
We are a performance-focused ecom brand in the supplement space. When ads perform well, we give large bonuses.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
* Edit short-form
* Turn product photos into engaging video ads
* Create native-looking ad creatives
* Add subtitles, pacing, hooks, transitions, sound effects, music, etc.
* Find or suggest supporting clips/B-roll when needed
* Make ads that feel real and not corporate
TOOLS
Must know:
* CapCut
* Premiere Pro
If you need paid tools/assets/software, we can provide them.
COMMUNICATION
We communicate mainly through WhatsApp.
