## Ecommerce Operations Assistant (Shopify & Customer Support)
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Ecommerce Operations Assistant to help manage and support multiple ecommerce brands.
This is NOT a beginner position.
You should already understand how ecommerce businesses work and be comfortable working independently.
### Your tasks will include:
- Managing customer support
- Handling Shopify orders, refunds, and order edits
- Tracking shipments and solving delivery issues
- Managing disputes and chargebacks
- Organizing invoices, receipts, and Google Drive folders
- Basic admin and ecommerce operations tasks
- Helping keep inboxes and systems organized
- Communicating with suppliers or customers when needed
### Requirements:
- Previous experience with Shopify
- Strong English communication skills
- Experience with customer service
- Able to work independently without constant supervision
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Familiar with Gmail, Google Drive, and spreadsheets
- Able to learn systems quickly
- Stable internet connection and reliable work ethic
- Must be comfortable identifying, translating, and responding to customer
- Chargebacks/disputes
- Ecommerce fulfillment
- Commslayer or similar customer support systems
- Multiple ecommerce stores/brands
- AI tools and automation
- Understanding how to use, train, and adapt to new AI features and workflows
### Important:
We are looking for someone proactive and reliable.
We do NOT want someone who waits for instructions all day. You should be able to solve basic problems independently and keep work organized.
### Work type:
