JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a confident, experienced cold caller to reach out to American businesses on our behalf. You'll be calling from a curated list of US prospects, following a script we provide, and asking qualifying questions to identify decision-makers and book follow-up conversations.

This is not your first rodeo. We need someone who has already made hundreds (ideally thousands) of cold calls to US businesses, who is comfortable on the phone, and who knows how to handle objections without freezing or sounding scripted.

What you'll do

Make 100 to 200+ outbound calls per day to US-based businesses
Follow our script and qualifying questions
Log call outcomes and notes accurately in our CRM
Hit weekly conversation and qualified-meeting targets
Share feedback on script performance and prospect objections so we can iterate

Requirements (please read carefully, we will check)

Hands-on experience with a power dialer is mandatory. Tell us which one(s) you've used. We're familiar with Mojo Dialer, PhoneBurner, Kixie, Orum, Nooks, JustCall, CallTools, Vulcan7, Five9, and Aircall. If you've used something else, name it.
Minimum 2 years of cold calling experience targeting the US market
Excellent spoken English with a neutral or close-to-neutral accent (we'll ask for a voice sample)
Confident, energetic phone presence. You should genuinely enjoy cold calling, not tolerate it
Strong objection handling. You don't get rattled when someone pushes back
Reliable internet and a quiet home office setup with a good headset
Available to work US business hours (specify which US time zone you can cover: EST, CST, or PST)
