JOB OVERVIEW

Charlotte Real Estate Media is hiring additional long-term video editors to join our growing overnight real estate media team.

We are NOT looking for freelancers who disappear after a few edits.

We ARE looking for editors who:

* communicate quickly
* respond consistently
* want stable weekly work
* are coachable and detail-oriented
* enjoy fast-paced editing environments

ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will edit real estate listing videos for a U.S.-based real estate media company. We provide:

* all footage
* editing style references
* training
* AI tools/credits
* systems and workflows

You focus only on editing.

PAY:

* Premium Videos: $35 USD each
* Basic Videos: $20 USD each

PAYMENT:

* Paid biweekly via Wise

TURNAROUND TIME:

* Footage is typically delivered by 10:00 PM EST
* Final edited video must be uploaded by 9:00 AM EST the following morning

Editors must also be available for revisions if needed.
Revision turnaround is expected within approximately 12–24 hours.

SCHEDULING:
Editors create their own availability schedule each week.
You tell us which days you are available, and we assign edits based on your availability and reliability.

VIDEO TYPES:
Some of our basic videos are simple iPhone walkthrough videos with clean editing and quick turnaround.

Most of our work consists of premium real estate videos that include:

* drone footage
* cinematic pacing
* AI-generated effects/text
* social media style editing

We use Higgsfield AI for many premium videos, and we provide the account access and credits for editors to use. Editors do NOT need to purchase their own AI subscriptions.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Strong internet connection
* Fast communication
* Ability to meet deadlines consistently
* Ability to follow exact editing style
* Experience with Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro
* Must be reliable and responsive

IMPORTANT:
We highly value consistency and communication. We are building a long-term editing team, not hiring temporary freelancers.

TRAINING PROCESS:
All training edits are PAID.

Editors who are selected and hired will begin training ASAP through our structured training process, which includes:

* Basic Training Videos
* Premium Training Videos

before joining the active editor roster.
