**About Us**
We’re a fast?growing US property management company that specializes in helping “mom and pop” landlords get higher cash flow with fewer headaches. We generate our own leads and talk to owners every day. Now we’re building a small, elite calling team in the Philippines.

**Role Overview**
Your job is simple: **talk to self?managing landlords and book qualified appointments** for our local sales team. We give you the script, software, and training. You bring the energy, discipline, and consistency.

**Responsibilities**

- Make 150–200 outbound calls per day to US property owners (auto?dialer provided)
- Follow a proven script to open the call, qualify, and handle basic objections
- Schedule appointments for our closers and properly log them in the CRM
- Update lead statuses and notes accurately after every call
- Hit daily and weekly targets for dials, conversations, and appointments set
- Attend short team huddles / coaching calls as needed

**Requirements**

- Excellent spoken English with neutral or easy?to?understand accent
- Stable home internet, noise?free work environment, good headset
- Comfortable working **US hours (night shift PH time)**
- At least 1 year experience in outbound calling, sales, or BPO (real estate a plus, not required)
- Confident, persistent, and comfortable being on the phone all day
- Coachable and willing to follow a script and improve with feedback
- Strong work ethic and reliability (we care more about consistency than talent)
