JOB OVERVIEW

Starting Salary: $5/hour

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, disciplined, and growth-minded Operations & Marketing Manager to help run the backend operations of a fast-moving real estate and personal brand business.

This is NOT an entry-level assistant role.

We are looking for someone who has previously worked for a U.S.-based company, understands high standards, moves fast, communicates clearly, and can help lead marketing and operations with minimal supervision.

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 5 years of experience in operations and/or marketing
Previous experience working for a U.S. company
Strong English communication skills
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Self-starter who takes initiative without constant supervision
Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Reliable internet and professional work environment
Updated resume required

Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing preferred
Experience supporting founders, coaches, real estate professionals, or personal brands is a major plus

Improve lead conversion and client experience
Social Media & Content
Create and schedule social media content
Edit short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
Write captions and promotional content
Help grow brand visibility online
Coaching & Client Experience
Support launches and onboarding
Assist with communication and organization
Help create an exceptional client experience
