JOB OVERVIEW

The Opportunity: We are a fast-growing DTC e-commerce brand looking for an AI-native ad producer to take full ownership of our AI ad production from script to final export. You'll receive a brief or script from us and deliver a finished, ready-to-run ad — generating the scenes, the voiceover, and editing it all together yourself.

We don't want generic AI slop. We want scroll-stopping video and image ads that convert. If you live and breathe the latest AI tools and can turn a script into a winning ad without hand-holding, we want to speak with you.

What You Will Be Doing:
- For video ads — you receive a script from us and you:
- Generate the AI video scenes that bring the script to life (d ---------- which scenes, angles, and visuals fit each line).
- Generate the AI voiceover (ElevenLabs or similar) that matches the tone of the brand and script.
- Edit the scenes, voiceover, music, captions, and any overlays together into a finished video ad ready to run on Meta/TikTok.
- For image ads — you receive a brief from us describing the look and required elements, and you generate the finished AI image ad ready to run.
- You'll also be expected to stay on top of new AI tools/models and pull the best ones into our workflow as they drop.

Who We Are Looking For:
- AI-Native Creator: Deep, hands-on experience with the latest AI video tools (Veo, Sora, Runway, Kling, etc.), image tools (Midjourney, Flux, Nano Banana, Seedream, etc.), and AI voiceover tools (ElevenLabs or equivalent). You don't just use them — you know which tool wins for which job.
- End-to-End Producer: Comfortable handling the full pipeline yourself — generation, voiceover, editing, captions, export. You don't need separate people for each step.
- DTC Expert: Proven track record producing AI-generated ads specifically for e-commerce brands. You understand what makes an ad stop the scroll and sell.
- Independent Operator: You read a script and know what to build. We shouldn't have to spell out every shot or every visual element.
- Low Ego: You crave feedback. You treat ad performance data as a learning tool, not a critique of your art.
Reliable: Fast, clear, and honest communication is non-negotiable.
