JOB OVERVIEW

If you’re a results-driven Meta Ads & Google Ads Manager and want to make an impact with the UK’s leading sales and marketing agency for kitchen businesses, this could be your perfect role.

Inspire KBB has been growing steadily, and we’re ready to take our clients’ marketing to the next level. As a forward-thinking agency, we offer print, digital, and web solutions tailored to local kitchen retailers across the UK.

We’re seeking a talented and experienced Paid Media Specialist to strategise, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns for local kitchen retailers in the UK.

The successful candidate will work in a small, dynamic team where you can make a real impact. You’ll collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Manager in the UK and other key members to align campaigns with client goals and ensure seamless communication. (We have other employees from the Philippines in the company.)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Plan, build, and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts, each with distinct goals, budgets, and audiences

• Develop and refine campaign structures, audience strategies, and creative briefs based on performance data

• Monitor and analyse performance daily/weekly, making proactive adjustments to improve lead quality and ROI - not just volume

• Produce clear, insight-led reports for internal review and client-facing use, translating data into plain-English recommendations

• Manage advertising budgets responsibly, with strong attention to pacing, allocation, and wastage

• Contribute to the development and documentation of our agency’s paid media SOPs - helping to standardise what works across the portfolio

• Join daily Zoom calls with the UK team and maintain clear written communication throughout

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED
• Meta Ads: Confident use of Meta Ads Manager and Business Manager. Solid understanding of campaign objectives, audience structure, and budget management (CBO/ABO). Working knowledge of CAPI and conversion event setup. Genuine understanding of what creative formats and hooks perform in Meta auctions - not just theory.

• Google Ads: Hands-on experience managing Search, Performance Max, and ideally Demand Gen campaigns. Comfortable using Google Ads Editor for bulk changes and managing accounts at scale. Experience with Smart Bidding strategies and an understanding of when and why to use them.

• Tracking & Analytics: GA4 for campaign performance analysis. Solid understanding of conversion tracking setup, UTM parameters, and cross-platform attribution. Ability to identify tracking gaps and flag them.

• Automation & Reporting: Familiarity with automation tools such as Zapier or N8N. Ability to use API or MCP connections to pull data and generate reports or workflow automations. This doesn’t need to be at the developer level, but you should be comfortable working with these tools in practice.

• CRO Awareness: An understanding of the full journey from ad to conversion - able to identify whether underperformance sits in the ad, the landing page, or the offer, and brief accordingly.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Graduate-level education (or equivalent) in marketing, advertising, or a related field, with a strong foundation in digital advertising and analytics
• Experience with other advertising platforms, e.g. Pinterest Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads
• Knowledge of organic principles to complement paid campaigns
• Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint
• Familiarity with CRM tools and email marketing platforms
• Experience in a marketing agency or with multi-client projects

IDEAL CANDIDATE ATTRIBUTES
• High attention to detail, ensuring accurate and high-quality work
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects effectively
• Ability to work methodically and apply the same standards across multiple clients
• Task-focused attitude, with the drive to complete projects efficiently
• High level of written and spoken English
• Willing and able to attend daily Zoom calls
• Strong & reliable broadband connection, with a backup connection ideally available.
• Home working environment is professional, without distractions
• Appreciation for interior design is a bonus

WHY JOIN US
• Full-time: 40 hours/week (afternoon/early evening PH time)
• Competitive salary: $10-20 per hour, based on skills and experience
• Opportunity to learn and grow within a forward-thinking UK marketing agency

HOW TO APPLY
• Submit a 150+ word cover note on why you’re a good fit for this role and why it interests you. Include a link to your CV.

RECRUITMENT SCHEDULE
• Applications close – 25th May
• Video interviews conducted on Zoom – week commencing 25th May
• Role commences – Early June
