JOB OVERVIEW

We are not looking for a “Canva designer.”
We are looking for someone with a real eye for design.

Someone who instantly sees the difference between premium and mediocre.
Someone who understands that strong branding, interfaces, animations, and visuals directly impact growth, trust, and conversion.

You will work on AI-driven projects, SaaS platforms, websites, dashboards, branding concepts, and next-generation digital experiences.

AI experience is a plus.
Design instinct is mandatory.

What You’ll Do

* Design modern websites and landing pages
* Create UI/UX for SaaS platforms and dashboards
* Use AI tools to improve speed and creativity
* Develop visual concepts for new products and brands
* Think about branding, structure, user flow, and experience
* Create high-end visuals that feel clean and premium
* Work closely with developers and AI builders

What We’re Looking For

* Strong sense of design, composition, and detail
* Understands what premium design actually looks like
* Experience with tools like Figma, Framer, Adobe Suite, or similar
* Understands modern web and interface design trends
* Basic experience or strong interest in AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, Cursor, Lovable, etc.
* Able to think independently and take initiative
* Has taste — extremely important
* Understands that speed matters, but quality matters more

* Motion design / animations
* 3D visuals
* Framer development
* AI image/video generation
* SaaS UI design
* Brand identity systems
* High-converting landing pages

We are not looking for someone who simply follows instructions.

We want someone who:

* is obsessed with improving
* sees design as both craft and competition
* can spend hours perfecting details
* understands that mediocre design costs real money
