We are expanding a brand-new division inside our established 23-year-old company and are actively seeking highly motivated, confident, and experienced outbound sales professionals to join our growing team.

If you are someone who is not afraid to pick up the phone, enjoys speaking with business owners, and has experience in telesales, advertising, printing, signage, apparel, or promotional products, this opportunity may be exactly what you are looking for.

We are looking for individuals who can confidently call businesses throughout the United States and introduce our printing, signage, apparel, and advertising services. Every business needs marketing, printing, menus, signage, apparel, promotional products, or advertising in some form — and your role will be to help connect businesses with those solutions.

This is a serious full-time opportunity for the right candidates who are driven, professional, energetic, and ready to grow with a long-established company.

About the Position

Your primary responsibility will be outbound business-to-business (B2B) calling. You will contact businesses across the United States and introduce our services and advertising opportunities.

This role includes:

Cold calling businesses
Speaking directly with business owners and decision-makers
Offering printing services
Offering signage products
Offering custom apparel solutions
Discussing advertising opportunities
Building relationships with restaurants and local businesses
Generating leads and sales opportunities
Following up with prospects
Helping businesses promote themselves through our marketing programs

We are specifically looking for people who are comfortable spending the majority of the day on outbound phone calls.

Restaurant Advertising Division

We are also launching a specialized advertising program focused on restaurants.

In this division, you will:

Contact restaurants and food establishments
Ask if they would like FREE placemats or FREE takeout/to-go menus for their customers
Explain how these materials help improve customer experience and branding
Work with local businesses that may want to advertise on the placemats, brochures, or menus
Help coordinate advertising opportunities between restaurants and local businesses

This creates a win-win advertising model for restaurants and local advertisers, and we are looking for strong communicators who can confidently present this opportunity over the phone.

Technical Requirements

Applicants must also have:

A reliable computer or laptop
Stable high-speed internet connection
A quality headset with microphone
The ability to make calls via IP/VoIP systems all day long
A quiet work environment suitable for professional phone conversations
