# Real Estate Lead Follow-Up Specialist (Bilingual Spanish/English)
**Location:** Remote / Office
**Schedule:** Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST
**Compensation:** $4 per hour (Paid Bi-Weekly)
We are a fast-growing real estate company seeking a highly motivated and organized **Lead Follow-Up Specialist** to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about helping generate business growth through excellent communication and follow-up.

## Responsibilities
### Customer Communication
* Follow up with property sellers through outbound calls
* Gather information and identify seller needs to support the sales process
* Respond promptly to incoming leads via phone, text,
* Build rapport with potential clients and overcome objections to help generate sales
### Lead Nurturing
* Maintain ongoing communication with leads who are not yet under contract
* Implement follow-up strategies to keep potential sellers engaged
* Ensure timely and professional communication across all channels
### Sales Pipeline Management
* Manage and update leads daily within the CRM system
* Track pipeline activity and maintain accurate lead records
* Identify opportunities to help move leads toward closing
### Documentation & Reporting
* Maintain organized and accurate records of all client interactions
* Generate reports on follow-up performance, lead activity, and KPIs
* Collaborate with tea
### Additional Duties
* Attend trainings and business meetings as required
* Perform administrative tasks and special projects
* Adapt quickly to market changes and company systems
* Continuously learn and grow within the real estate industry
## Qualifications
### Required
* Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written)
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Self-motivated with a positive, “go-getter” attitude
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong problem-solving and time management skills
* Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems
* Good attendance and reliability
### Preferred
* Previous real estate experience
* Sales or call center experience (2+ years preferred)
* Experience working in bilingual communications
* Familiarity with Google Docs, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems such as Podio
## Equipment Requirements
* Computer with dual monitors (minimum i5 processor)
* Dedicated workspace
* Backup power source/generator
* Backup internet connection and backup device
* Minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps for both primary and backup internet
