Internal Marketing Manager (This roll has the option to move up to Marketing Director within one year at starting pay of PH150,000)
Role Purpose
This role supports the marketing function by ensuring that campaigns, content, and initiatives are organized, executed on time, and aligned across all channels. While strategic direction and performance ownership sit with the Fractional CMO, this role is responsible for keeping the system running smoothly day-to-day.
This is not a fully autonomous marketing leadership role. Instead, it is a highly organized, detail-oriented operator who ensures that strategy is translated into consistent execution across internal teams and external vendors.
Day-to-Day Job Duties
On a daily and weekly basis, the Marketing Manager:
Coordinates execution across paid media, content, web, and other marketing functions
Communicates priorities and deadlines to freelancers and vendors
Tracks the status of campaigns, deliverables, and initiatives
Ensures campaigns are launched accurately and on schedule
Helps gather performance data across channels
Maintains organization across marketing assets, calendars, and workflows
Flags issues, delays, or gaps to the Fractional CMO quickly
This role is responsible for making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Execution & Coordination Responsibilities
The Marketing Manager plays a key role in:
Managing timelines for campaigns and promotions
Coordinating content production and publishing schedules
Supporting paid media execution by ensuring assets and inputs are delivered
Assisting with implementation of new marketing initiatives
Keeping all marketing activities aligned across locations
Strategic & Analytical Expectations
This role is not expected to define strategy, but should:
Understand the basics of marketing performance and key metrics
Be able to follow and implement direction from the Fractional CMO
Identify when something is off or not performing as expected
Surface questions, issues, or opportunities proactively
Collaboration & Direction
This role works directly with:
Fractional CMO (primary direction and priorities)
Paid Media Manager (campaign coordination)
Content Manager (content calendar and assets)
Website & Analytics Manager (landing pages and tracking needs)
The Marketing Manager ensures all contributors are:
Aligned on priorities
Working toward the same timelines
Executing against the same campaigns
Accountability
The Marketing Manager is accountable for:
On-time campaign execution
Organization and coordination across marketing activities
Clear communication between stakeholders and vendors
Accuracy of deliverables and implementation
