Virtual Assistant – WordPress Website Builder (Educational Theater Website)

Overview

I am seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to build a beta WordPress website for a growing educational theater business.

The website will sell downloadable classroom historical plays for teachers and collect email subscribers through a free educational guide.

I will provide:
• A complete page map
• Exact page copy
• Layout instructions
• Product descriptions
• Branding direction

This is primarily an implementation and organization role.

Main Responsibilities

WordPress Website Setup
• Install and configure WordPress
• Install required plugins
• Configure WooCommerce for digital products
• Configure email signup forms

Website Page Building

Build and format the following pages:
• Lead Capture Homepage
• Shop Page
• Product Pages
• About Page
• Blog Page
• Contact Page
• Thank You Page

All copy and instructions will be provided.

Product Uploading
• Upload digital PDF products
• Format product pages consistently
• Organize products clearly

?

Email Integration
• Connect forms to Mailchimp or ConvertKit
• Set up automatic guide delivery email
• Ensure subscribers are added properly to mailing list

Mobile Optimization
• Ensure pages display properly on mobile devices
• Fix spacing and formatting issues

Required Skills

Must Have
• WordPress experience
• Elementor experience
• WooCommerce experience
• Basic understanding of email integrations
• Strong attention to detail
• Good written English
