Position: Affiliate Manager / TikTok Live Host (TikTok Shop)
Rate: $750 per month
We’re looking for a high-energy, creative, and results-driven Affiliate Manager to be the face and the force behind our TikTok Shop growth. We need a creative powerhouse who can personally host high-conversion Live sessions while simultaneously building and managing an army of affiliates to scale our skincare brands.

What you’ll do:
* Lead the Live Stream: Act as our primary On-Camera Host for TikTok Live sessions. You will be responsible for engaging viewers, demonstrating products, and driving real-time "Add to Cart" actions through high-energy storytelling.
* Affiliate Scouting & Management: Proactively recruit, vet, and onboard a network of high-performing TikTok affiliates. You’ll be the coach that helps them succeed.
* TikTok Shop Operations: Take full ownership of the TikTok Shop backend, managing sample distributions, affiliate commissions, and shop health.
* Live Strategy & Programming: Plan the "Live Calendar," including flash sales, giveaways, and collaborative lives with other influencers to maximize reach.
* Content Creation: Work with the creative team to identify viral trends and produce short-form video content that funnels traffic into our Live sessions.
* Performance Tracking: Analyze Live session data and affiliate sales to constantly pivot and improve our ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
What we’re looking for:
2+ years of experience specifically in Affiliate Management or Influencer Marketing for E-commerce (TikTok Shop experience required).
Deep knowledge of the TikTok ecosystem, including TikTok Shop algorithms, Live Selling best practices, and creator trends.
High Energy & Creativity: You must be a "social media native" who understands what makes a video go viral and can coach creators to perform.
Proven Track Record: Ability to demonstrate how you have scaled an affiliate program or increased revenue through creator partnerships.
Exceptional Communication: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build genuine rapport with influencers and talent managers.
Data-Driven: Comfortable using analytics tools to track affiliate performance and ROI.
Self-Starter: The ability to build an affiliate department from scratch in a fast-paced "startup energy" environment.
Skincare/Beauty experience is a significant plus.
