JOB OVERVIEW

We are a small Italian e-commerce brand (based in Cyprus) that creates
custom hand-drawn One Piece-style portraits for fans worldwide. We are
looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Canva designer to join our
small international team long-term.

IMPORTANT: To prove you read this post carefully, please start your

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Our illustrators deliver hand-drawn character artwork on a transparent
background. Your job is to take that artwork and finalize it for
delivery to our customers. Specifically:

- Apply our branded backgrounds and templates (we provide them) to
character illustrations using Canva
- Manage layers and layout in a clean and professional way
- Edit and adjust colors (hair, eyes, clothing, small details)
- Remove backgrounds when needed
- Retouch and fix images using Canva's built-in tools
- Handle small revisions requested by our customers
- Export final files in the correct format and size for printing
- Solve small technical issues independently thanks to your mastery
of Canva
- Communicate with our team via ---------- — we assign tasks with clear
deadlines, you deliver on time

This is NOT a full-illustration job. You are NOT drawing characters
from scratch. You are finishing and finalizing artwork that is
already 95% done.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

MUST HAVE:

- Strong Canva skills (this is non-negotiable — show us examples).
We want someone who truly knows the tool, because we may also need
help with other brand projects in the future
- Solid command of: layer management, layout, color editing,
background removal, image retouching with Canva tools
- Ability to solve small technical issues independently thanks to
your mastery of the tool
- Good written English (all communication happens via ---------- , in
writing)
- Reliable internet and ability to meet deadlines
- Eye for detail and a touch of creativity — we are a premium brand,
quality matters and we don't like static, lifeless work
- Available to check ---------- at least 2-3 times per day on weekdays

NICE TO HAVE:

- Basic Photoshop or Photopea skills
- Experience with AI image tools (Nano Banana Pro, ChatGPT Image 2
or similar)
- Genuine knowledge of and interest in anime (please be honest about
this — we can easily tell when someone is bluffing)
- Background in graphic design, e-commerce, or print-on-demand

THE OFFER

- $100 USD per month to start (paid via Wise or Payoneer, your choice)
- Flexible hours — work whenever you want, as long as deadlines are met
- Estimated workload: 20-50 small tasks per week
- Long-term position with potential for raises based on performance,
plus extra commissions for other projects if you prove quality and
reliability
- Possibility of bonuses for consistent quality and reliability over
time

HOW TO APPLY

them — please be honest, we can tell when someone is just listing
famous titles. If you're not into anime, that's totally fine, just
say so
