Flagship Growth is hiring a full-time HR / Recruiting Coordinator to support hiring, team operations, and internal communication. This role is highly execution-focused — ideal for someone organized, proactive, and comfortable managing a high volume of interviews and team coordination.
Requirements (Must-Haves)
- Strong communication skills (written + verbal)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable conducting interviews daily
- Able to manage multiple roles and candidates at once
- Available and online Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM PST
- Reliable, high-speed internet
- Proactive and responsive (not task-driven only)
What You’ll Own
- Conduct daily interviews for all open roles across the company
- Manage candidate pipeline and interview scheduling
- Coordinate with hiring managers on role requirements and feedback
- Ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience
- Announce team updates, new hires, and internal changes
- Maintain internal team communication and organization
- Track hiring progress and report on pipeline status
- Support onboarding coordination for new hires
