Got it — 15 videos/month at $600 flat. That's $40/video, which is tight but workable for editors in the Philippines, Pakistan, Bangladesh, or Egypt if the videos aren't overly complex. Let me reframe:

Video Editor Wanted — Full-Time Position, $600/Month
I run two YouTube channels (crime documentary + medical/historical content) and I'm looking for ONE editor to become my full-time editing partner long-term.
Pay: $600/month flat
Output: 15 videos per month across both channels
Commitment: Long-term, full-time relationship — not freelance
This is steady monthly income with consistent work. In return, I need consistent output and reliability.

What you'll be doing

Editing 10-20 minute documentary-style videos
Sourcing B-roll, archival footage, photos, and news clips
Sound design — music beds, SFX, ducking under VO
On-screen text, lower thirds, location and date stamps
Subtle motion graphics (Ken Burns, parallax, zoom punches on key beats)
Color correction and audio leveling
Light research to find the right visuals (mugshots, courtroom photos, era-appropriate footage)

What I need from you

Real experience with documentary, true crime, or history-style channels — show me the receipts
Premiere Pro OR DaVinci Resolve (your choice, just be fast in it)
Speed — at 15 videos/month you need an efficient workflow, templates, and reusable assets
Solid English comprehension — you'll be matching visuals to narration meaning, not just keywords
Turnaround: 2-3 days per video once you're up to speed
Reliability above all. I need someone I can count on every single week.
Your own legal sources for archival material (Getty, Storyblocks, public domain knowledge, etc.)
