JOB OVERVIEW

Senior Xactimate Level 3 Estimator – Large Loss Specialist

We are a Washington-based property claims operation looking for a sharp, experienced Xactimate estimator to join us full-time, long-term. Our work focuses on large losses in the $500K to $1.5M+ range where accuracy, defensibility, and clean documentation matter. We have a steady pipeline of estimating, audit, and review work — plenty to keep the right person fully booked.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Write detailed Xactimate estimates for large-loss residential and commercial claims
- Audit and review carrier estimates, flagging line-item omissions, depreciation errors, scope gaps, mispriced items, and missing code upgrades
- Produce supplemental estimates and rebuttal documentation
- Coordinate scope with field adjusters and ownership as needed
- Help build and document SOPs as we scale

MUST HAVES
- Current Xactimate Level 3 Certification (verifiable)
- 3+ years writing estimates in the $500K to $1.5M+ range
- Strong grasp of line-item logic, O&P, ACV/RCV, depreciation, and code upgrades
- Excellent written English – reports must be clean and defensible
- Reliable high-speed internet, modern computer, quiet workspace
- 4+ hours per day overlap with US Time

NICE TO HAVE
- Symbility, Encircle, or CoreLogic experience
- Matterport, Magicplan, or sketch-from-photo experience
- Public adjuster or appraisal panel exposure

HOW TO APPLY – READ CAREFULLY
Applications missing any of these will be skipped.

1. Subject line must read exactly: BIG LOSS ESTIMATOR – [Your Name]

2. Send a sample estimate you personally wrote, ideally $500K+. PDF required, ESX preferred. Redact identifying info.

3. Record a 3-5 minute Loom walking me through that estimate. I want to see how you organized scope, how you handled tricky line items, and how you documented for carrier pushback.

4. Answer briefly:
- What is the largest estimate you have personally written? What carrier?
- How many large losses ($500K+) in the last 12 months?
- Your monthly rate expectation in USD?

5. Confirm full-time, long-term availability.

WHAT WE OFFER
- Full-time, long-term seat with steady pipeline
- Direct working relationship with ownership – no middle layers
- Growth path into a review/audit lead role for the right person
- Paid 13th month and Philippine holiday observance
- Competitive USD compensation based on portfolio quality

Compensation is open and based on the strength of your sample work and Loom walkthrough.
