Junior Admin Assistant to CEO – Mortgage Industry (Residential & Commercial)
About Us
Mortgage Consulting Group is a fast-moving mortgage brokerage focused on both Residential and Commercial lending across the United States.
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Junior Admin Assistant to work directly with the CEO and support daily operations, client communication, marketing assistance, and loan file coordination.
This is a long-term growth opportunity for someone who wants to learn the mortgage industry, improve their operational skills, and become a key part of a growing company.
Position Overview
This role starts at approximately 20 hours per week and is expected to grow into 30+ hours weekly for the right person.
You will assist with:
Administrative support
CRM input and updates
Email
Canva projects and marketing assistance
File organization
Loan condition collection
Coordinating closings
Client follow-up
Supporting residential and commercial loan origination activities
CEO support and daily task management
This position requires strong multitasking abilities and a high attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Manage and organize incoming
Update CRM systems accurately
Assist with borrower file setup and document collection
Help submit loan conditions to lenders
Coordinate timelines and closing tasks
Assist with Canva graphics, flyers, and marketing materials
Organize Dropbox/Google Drive folders
Track tasks and follow up with clients and partners
Assist with scheduling and operational support
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
Requirements
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
English Level: Full Professional / Mastery
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Comfortable learning new software quickly
Strong attention to detail and compliance mindset
Reliable internet and computer setup
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work independently and stay organized
Preferred (Helpful but Not Required)
Mortgage industry experience
Administrative assistant experience
Phone/customer service experience
Canva experience
CRM experience
Real estate or lending background
