Credit Repair / Dispute Specialist (Bureau Calling Expert)
Part-Time to Full-Time Opportunity | Up to $1,000/month
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Credit Repair Specialist with strong hands-on experience in bureau calling, dispute processing, and client file management.
This is a high-responsibility role for someone who can work independently, communicate confidently, and manage credit repair cases from start to finish.

Role Overview
You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of credit repair operations, including:
Credit report analysis
Dispute processing (DisputeFox + manual)
Bureau calling (Experian, Equifax, TransUnion)
CFPB / FTC complaint handling
Client compliance and document verification
CRM updates in GoHighLevel
Daily progress tracking and reporting
This role requires accuracy, professionalism, and strong follow-through.
Core Responsibilities
Credit Report Analysis
Review credit reports and identify negative items
Apply proper dispute strategy and round logic
Dispute Processing
Handle dispute rounds including:
Round 1 (Initial / SWEEP)
Round 2 (Escalations)
CFPB / FTC escalations
Ensure all disputes are accurate and compliant.
Bureau Calling (Core Function)
Communicate directly with:
Experian
Equifax
TransUnion
Handle:
Verifications
Follow-ups
Escalations
Strong English communication is required.
Compliance & Documentation
Verify IDs, Proof of Address, and POA documents
Identify missing or invalid documents
CRM & Client Tracking
Maintain accurate client updates in GoHighLevel
Keep organized notes and activity logs
CFPB / FTC Complaints
Submit and monitor complaints
Escalate unresolved cases when necessary
Daily Reporting
Submit End-of-Day (EOD) reports
Track disputes, calls, and client progress
Schedule & Compensation
Initial Part-Time Engagement
$400 – $500/month (depending on experience)
Schedule: 10:00 AM – 2:30 PM EST
30-minute unpaid break
Full-Time Opportunity
Successful candidates may transition to a Full-Time role at up to $1,000/month based on performance, consistency, and operational impact.

30-day evaluation period
Performance-based transition opportunity to Full-Time
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Applicants must have:
Minimum 2+ years of REAL credit repair experience
Hands-on bureau calling experience
Strong English speaking and comprehension skills
Experience using:
DisputeFox
GoHighLevel
Credit monitoring tools
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
